To place an order on The Hyper Kart, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. The Hyper Kart reserves the right to refuse service or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

• All product images are for representation purposes; actual freshness, size, and colour of fruits and vegetables may vary naturally.
• Prices displayed on The Hyper Kart are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, weights, and availability of products may change without prior notice due to seasonal supply and market conditions.
• In the rare event of a pricing error on the website, The Hyper Kart reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order before dispatch.

• An order is confirmed once you complete the checkout process and receive an order ID.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.
• The Hyper Kart reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, delivery area limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will inform you if this occurs.
• Order history and current order status are available under "My Orders" in your account.

The Hyper Kart currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Online payment methods are not available at this time.

• Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery wherever possible.
• Payment must be made in full to the delivery partner before the order is handed over.
• Repeated refusal to accept COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders.
• We will introduce additional payment options, such as UPI and cards, in the future.

• The Hyper Kart delivers within our serviceable pincodes, primarily across Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
• Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and product availability.
• A standard delivery charge applies per order, as shown on the cart and checkout pages.
• Delivery delays due to weather, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you as early as possible.

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been packed for delivery.
• Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled through the website; you may refuse it at the doorstep instead.
• The Hyper Kart may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or delivery area restrictions, and will notify you promptly if this happens.

Because we deal in perishable items, our returns process is designed to be quick and fair:

• If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please report it within 24 hours of delivery through "My Orders" or by contacting customer support.
• Approved returns are resolved through a free replacement or a refund, at your preference, once the issue is verified.
• Since payments are collected via Cash on Delivery, refunds for cancelled or returned items are processed as store credit or via bank transfer, as agreed with our support team.
• Items that have been used, consumed, or are not reported within the return window are not eligible for return.

As a user of The Hyper Kart, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account, address, and contact information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised account use.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes and not to place fraudulent or bulk-spam orders.
• Be available to receive delivery at the address and time window provided, wherever possible.

All content on The Hyper Kart — including the logo, design, layout, text, graphics, and product images — is the property of The Hyper Kart or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written permission.

The Hyper Kart strives to ensure product quality and timely delivery, but we do not guarantee that our website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate in stock and pricing information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hyper Kart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or delivery delays beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the value of that order.
